This is a group for anyone interested in Crochet and, Knitters are more than welcome! All skill levels are welcome! We meet once a month, alternating crochet-in's and teaching monthly.

Our group meets the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. We knit, crochet, socialize. We teach each other as we learn new patterns, techniques. Recently we added loom knitting to our skill set and this has inspired us to make baby hats for the Birthcare Center of Newton County Hospital. We have no fees, and all faiths are welcome. The Atlanta-based MAMA Art Collective was founded in 2013 by a few crafty, community seeking women with young kids. We wanted space to create, explore DIY design and craft and kickstart creative businesses...and we wanted to do that while our young children were with us! We rent space from a church in East Atlanta.
